Responsibilities
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff
- Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards
- Supporting clinical decision-making
- Interfacing with providers, staff, and external partners to optimize service delivery
- Participating in quality improvement activities
- Monitoring clinical workflows and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Current RN licensure in New York
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ambulatory care experience
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Pay
The position offers a salary range of $94,000 to $115,000.
