Clinical Services Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Role Overview: The Clinical Services Supervisor oversees daily clinical operations, focusing on specialty services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. They support multidisciplinary teams, promote best practices, and uphold care standards aligned with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of care teams, ensuring quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.Assess practice needs, assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff performance.Ensure compliance with HR policies, local, state, and federal standards.Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations and resolve patient or staff issues.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical workflows, and ensure regulatory certifications are maintained.Support clinical decision-making, adherence to protocols, and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Current RN licensure in New York, with BLS and ACLS certifications.Minimum of 2 years ambulatory care experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
