NICU Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $51.31 to $78.76

About the role

Responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates a practice environment that maximizes individual performance
• Serves as a resource and mentor to staff

Qualifications

• Licensure and Certification: Current CA RN license, Current BLS provider card, Current NRP provider card
• Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred, 16 units of Baby Friendly education
• Experience: 2 years recent NICU experience, Recent experience in Level II or Level IIINational neonatal certification preferred
