NICU Registered Nurse
Job Description
- Independently utilizes the nursing process to care for a group of patients based on HMNH's policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
- Creates a practice environment that maximizes individual performance and serves as a resource and mentor to staff.
Qualifications
- Licensure and Certification: Current CA RN license, Current BLS provider card, Current NRP provider card
- Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred, 16 units of Baby Friendly education
- Experience: 2 years recent NICU experience, Recent experience in Level II or Level IIINational neonatal certification preferred
