Responsibilities
- Covers all procedures for department.
- Provides support to the scheduling department, PASU, Patient Access, staff, and/or referring physician offices when questions arise about unit services.
- Educates patients, community, and referral sources regarding unit services.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service industry required.
- Previous Epic experience preferred.
