Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the medical well-being and safety of the study participants.
- Coordinates daily clinical trial activities according to ICH/FDA/GCP guidelines.
- Executes the clinical trials ethically and adheres to study protocols, local regulations, and company policies.
- Oversees the quality of assigned studies at the site.
- Drives clinical oversight and enhances efficiencies.
- Engages in the successful delivery and retention of study participants.
- Collaborates with sponsors, clients, and team members.
- Records data and participant information accurately, following protocol guidelines and GCPs.
- Trains staff on protocol details.
- Attends and participates in Investigator Meetings (IMs).
- Maintains current knowledge of recruitment affairs and issues through continuing education activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree, active physician license in good standing.
- Board certification in area of specialty preferred.
- CPR required, ACLS preferred.
- Experience in clinical research is preferred.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and math skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and typing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Professionalism, respectfulness, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
- Urgency, self-motivation, integrity, and dependability.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
