Clinical Research Physician - Psychiatrist (Part time)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the medical well-being and safety of the study participants.
• Coordinates daily clinical trial activities according to ICH/FDA/GCP guidelines.
• Executes the clinical trials ethically and adheres to study protocols, local regulations, and company policies.
• Oversees the quality of assigned studies at the site.
• Drives clinical oversight and enhances efficiencies.
• Engages in the successful delivery and retention of study participants.
• Collaborates with sponsors, clients, and team members.
• Records data and participant information accurately, following protocol guidelines and GCPs.
• Trains staff on protocol details.
• Attends and participates in Investigator Meetings (IMs).
• Maintains current knowledge of recruitment affairs and issues through continuing education activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, active physician license in good standing.
• Board certification in area of specialty preferred.
• CPR required, ACLS preferred.
• Experience in clinical research is preferred.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and math skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and typing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Professionalism, respectfulness, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
• Urgency, self-motivation, integrity, and dependability.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
