IMA Clinical Research is looking for an outgoing, driven Patient Recruiter to help power enrollment for active clinical studies right here in Manhattan. This is a fast-paced, high-energy calling role for someone who thrives on connection. You'll spend your days on the phone with potential study participants — sparking interest, screening for eligibility, and booking them for research visits that could make a real difference in healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential study participants
• Build fast rapport and pitch study opportunities with confidence
• Run initial eligibility screenings
• Schedule qualified participants for appointments
• Follow up to keep candidates engaged
• Log outreach activity and team up with the research staff

What You Bring

• Comfort and confidence on the phone
• Sharp communication and listening skills
• A positive, persistent, goal-driven attitude
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Background in customer service, sales, call centers, recruiting, or healthcare a plus
• Curiosity about clinical research, psychology, or behavioral health is a bonus
