Responsibilities

• Utilizes the recruitment database or referral services for patient identification, recruitment, and qualification.
• Completes phone prescreens and schedules potential patients appropriately.
• Obtains a working knowledge on current enrolling protocols criteria and enrollment goals.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of all active study protocols and how they may or may not relate to each other.
• Obtains knowledge of job specific information, including, but not limited to medications, media sources, study procedures and protocols, industry vocabulary, etc.
• Identifies any barriers to recruitment and notifies CRC and CRM of issues.
• Manages Psych Atlanta Research social media accounts and research website.
• Conducts engagement work with community and other providers.
• Manages Psych Atlanta patient database.
• Completes any required trainings for position as required by regulations or sponsor.

Skills And Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical research recruitment
• Bachelor's degree
