Clinical Research Medical Assistant’s Main Objective
- Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of patient visits
- Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials
- Maintain data entry for clinical visits in multiple online systems
- Lead and manage interactions with pharmaceutical sponsors and contract research organizations
- Ensure client satisfaction and clear, constant communication
- Maintain trust and strong relationships with physicians
Skills Needed to Win
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- One year of professional experience preferred
- Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role preferred
