We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the role? There's a paragraph about company mission and culture before Position Overview. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have Position Overview (description). Could be "About the role". Then "Key Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" -> Qualifications. There's also "Work Environment" maybe could be part of Qualifications or Skills? Not a separate heading list. There's also "Pay:" and "Benefits:" lines. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. No Schedule mentioned. Skills? Not explicitly listed but could infer from qualifications: Strong attention to detail, time-management, communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Could be a Skills section. But we should only include if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does mention those skills; we could create a Skills section with those bullet points. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine skills into Qualifications? But Qualifications already includes education and skills. Could keep Qualifications as is and not create separate Skills. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't require us to use all; only when posting has real specific content. So we can decide to include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. Possibly also Skills if we want to split out. But Qualifications already includes education and skills; we could keep Qualifications and not duplicate. Let's include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Clinical Research Enrollment Assistant". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, legal, etc. Remove the equal opportunity paragraph and I-9/E-Verify etc. Also remove navigation etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information: company mission, culture, position overview, responsibilities, qualifications, work environment, pay, benefits. We need to format using

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content: About the role / company overview: "Join Us in Shaping the Future of Clinical Research Adams Clinical is a leading clinical trial site network committed to accelerating the development of life-changing medicines. Our mission is simple: deliver uncompromising data quality, safety, and diverse enrollment to advance healthcare. Our vision is to set the gold standard for clinical trial excellence. We believe our people make the difference. Guided by our core values—Scientific Rigor, Operational Excellence, Commitment to Sponsors and Participants, and Authentic Collaboration—we create an environment where meaningful work drives meaningful change. At Adams Clinical, you’ll find: A culture of respect, transparency, and continuous improvement Opportunities for professional growth and learning A team dedicated to improving lives through innovation and integrity If you’re passionate about making an impact in clinical research and want to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization, we’d love to have you on our team." We can put that in a

    under

    About the role

. Position Overview: Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). The Position Overview is essentially about the role. Could merge with About the role. But we already have About the role covering company culture. Might be better to have About the role include both company overview and position overview. However the instruction says "About the role" heading; we can put the position overview there. The earlier paragraph is more about company; but still about the role context. We'll combine. Thus

    About the role

    then

containing the combined text. Now Responsibilities: list from "Key Responsibilities". We'll create

    • each bullet. Responsibilities bullet list: - Assist with reviewing study protocols and identifying potentially eligible participants under guidance from Enrollment Clinicians and Coordinators. - Prepare and organize study materials and participant files ahead of scheduled appointments, including printing necessary paperwork and maintaining clean consult rooms. - Interact professionally with participants with a range of psychiatric and neurologic disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, and related conditions, providing support and guidance throughout the study visit. - Support prescreening intakes and collect participant information to facilitate the triaging of potential participants, assessing eligibility based on reported information and protocol criteria, and flagging relevant clinical details. - Prepare materials and support the informed consent process for site-sponsored and industry-sponsored studies. - Collect demographic, medical, and psychiatric history information for clinician review. - Coordinate participant visits, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and logistical support such as transportation. - Assist with day-of visit flow to ensure smooth operations. - Perform basic clinical procedures including vital signs collection, urine drug screenings, HbA1c tests, and phlebotomy (training provided). - Maintain source documents, study charts, logs, and internal trackers to support site compliance with GCP, regulatory guidelines and site SOPs. - Perform data entry into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and flag inconsistencies for coordinator review. - Support the in-house standard of care study by performing vitals and lab collections, coordinating clinician-administered ratings, facilitating medication dispensation and accountability, and maintaining accurate documentation and date entry. - Attend team meetings and training sessions to gain exposure to enrollment workflows, clinical research processes, and study operations. Now Qualifications: list from "Qualifications" and maybe "Work Environment". Qualifications bullet list: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Strong attention to detail, time-management, and communication skills. - Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment could be included as part of Qualifications or separate? Not a heading we have; we could incorporate into Qualifications as a bullet: "Work Environment: Collaborative team setting that includes physicians, nurses, clinical raters, and clinical research coordinators and assistants; On-site clinical environment, involving direct interaction with study participants; May involve extended periods of standing, walking, or escorting participants throughout the site; Must be comfortable working in a regulated environment with sensitive patient data." But that's more description. Could be a separate section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings list. Could incorporate into Qualifications as prose. Let's add a

after qualifications list describing work environment. Now Pay: we have "Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour". So

      Pay

      $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

. Benefits: list from "Benefits:" line then bullet list. Benefits bullet list: - 401(k) matching - Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance - Employee assistance program - Flexible spending account - Health insurance - Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Professional development assistance Note there is duplication: "Health insurance" appears also in "Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance". But we keep as given. Now we must not include EEO etc. Remove that paragraph. Now ensure we don't include any empty headings. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
