We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove Conditions of Employment? That's legal boilerplate; likely remove. Also remove Closing Statement about EEO etc. Also remove "Consideration for Work Authorization Sponsorship". Also remove "Special Conditions" maybe keep if it's substantive? It says "Some after business hours and occasional weekends." That's schedule info, could go under Schedule section. Also "Total Rewards" includes benefits description; we can put under Benefits. Pay: there is "salary range listed below" but not actually given; no specific salary range provided. So we should not create Pay section because no actual salary range. Benefits: we have description of benefits: medical insurance, sick and vacation time, retirement savings plans, discounts and perks. That's specific enough to include Benefits section. We need sections: About the role (maybe from "Who We Are" and "Your Role on the Team"? Actually "Who We Are" is about the institute; could be About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content. We have: - Who We Are: description of UC Irvine and Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute. That's about the organization; could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". We'll put as About the role. - Your Role on the Team: description of responsibilities. That's Responsibilities. - Required What It Takes to be Successful: list of many abilities/skills. That's Requirements and Skills combined? Could split: Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (abilities). The list includes many skill statements. Also includes "BA/BS or equivalent experience. 1-3 years experience with human clinical trials." That's qualifications/experience. Also "Preferred SoCRA or ACRP Certification." That's preferred qualifications. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the list items as they are, but we can group them into
  • . Must not lose any detail. We need to decide how to split content. Potential sections: - About the role (or About the team): includes Who We Are description. - Responsibilities: includes Your Role on the Team description (multiple sentences). Could break into bullet list? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So if we have a list of duties, we should use

      • . The responsibilities paragraph is prose; we could keep as

. But we could also split into bullet list if we want. Safer to keep as

for prose. - Requirements: includes education/experience: "BA/BS or equivalent experience. 1-3 years experience with human clinical trials." Also maybe "Preferred SoCRA or ACRP Certification." That's preferred qualifications; could be under Qualifications section. - Skills: includes the long list of abilities (working knowledge of medical terminology, ability to interact..., etc.). That's many bullet points; we should put as

        • . - Benefits: includes Total Rewards description: medical insurance, sick and vacation time, retirement savings plans, access to a number of discounts and perks. Also maybe mention "wealth of benefits". We'll put as
          • . - Schedule: includes "Some after business hours and occasional weekends." That's schedule info. We'll put as

            or

            • . Since it's a statement, use

. We must not include Pay section because no specific salary range. We must not include Qualifications separate if we already have Requirements; but we can have Qualifications for preferred certification. However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have headings list includes both Requirements and Qualifications. We could have Requirements section covering education/experience, and Qualifications section covering preferred certification. But that's thin. Better to combine into Requirements (or Qualifications) and include both education/experience and preferred certification. Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for mandatory (BA/BS, 1-3 years experience) and "Preferred Qualifications" for SoCRA/ACRP. But we don't have a heading for Preferred Qualifications in the list; only Qualifications. Could treat Qualifications as both mandatory and preferred. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we have only Requirements section that includes both mandatory and preferred. That's okay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive info from the original text, not lose any. Let's extract: Who We Are: "Founded in 1965, UC Irvine is a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities and is ranked among the nation’s top 10 public universities by U.S. News & World Report. These benefits may include medical insurance, sick and vacation time, retirement savings plans, and access to a number of discounts and perks. Please utilize the links listed here to learn more about our compensation practices and benefits. We need to keep "In addition to the salary range listed below" but we don't have salary range; we should not invent. We can keep the sentence but note that salary range is not specified; but we cannot create Pay section. However we can keep that sentence in Benefits section as part of description, but it mentions salary range listed below (which is not present). That's okay; we just keep the text as is, but we must not invent salary range. The sentence is part of the original; we can keep it. Now we need to remove boilerplate: Conditions Of Employment, Closing Statement, Consideration for Work Authorization Sponsorship, etc. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Now produce HTML. Structure:

              About the role

              ... (Who We Are text)

              Responsibilities

... (Your Role on the Team text)

              Requirements

              • ... each requirement item (including BA/BS, 1-3 years experience)
But we also need to include Preferred SoCRA or ACRP Certification. Could be inside Requirements as a list item marked as preferred? Or we could add a note. We'll just include as list item: "Preferred: SoCRA or ACRP Certification." But we need to preserve the exact wording: "Preferred SoCRA or ACRP Certification." We'll keep as is. Now Skills section: all the ability statements (excluding the BA/BS etc). We'll list them as
            • . But we must ensure we don't duplicate items that are also in Requirements (like BA/BS etc). We'll separate
