Clinical Research Assistant

About the role

This position reports to the Clinical Manager and joins a new Eurofins team that supports Phase I‑III IND clinical trials focused on hair, skin, and nail evaluation endpoints. The role works closely with two Principal Investigators in Dermatology and will receive training on specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Project support, including project planning, preparation of paperwork and documentation, and maintenance of study participant records.
• Data collection and entry.
• Conducting audits (virtual and in‑person).
• General preparation and closing of studies.
• Assisting with IRB submissions.
• Recruiting study participants via phone and in‑person screening, and scheduling subjects.
• Executing participant visits, including vital signs, electronic data entry, visual evaluations, and providing assistance to the Principal Investigator (phlebotomy training provided if needed).
• Other tasks as directed by the Clinical Manager or business needs.

Qualifications

• Certified CRA credential is ideal.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in clinical research.
• Experience with regulatory aspects of Phase I‑III IND trials and FDA audits.
• Familiarity with Microsoft platforms, EMR/EHR systems, and CTMS (strongly preferred).
• Phlebotomy experience (preferred).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Pay

$21‑$23 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
