About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator II/III will support the Hospital Medicine team in conducting clinical research studies. This includes managing study protocols, coordinating with investigators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical research studies
• Collaborate with investigators and other members of the research team
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies
• Prepare and maintain study documentation and records
• Communicate effectively with study participants and sponsors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Current certification in Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC)
• Experience with electronic data capture systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
