Clinical Research Coordinator II

About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator II will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, interacting with patients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, randomize, and enroll patients in clinical trials
• Conduct clinic visits and perform direct patient care activities such as consenting patients, physical assessments, blood draws, medication administration, ECG, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintain regulatory compliance, and adhere strictly to study protocols
• Communicate effectively with leadership and colleagues, and resolve issues promptly
• Show up on time and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use provided technologies to enhance efficiency and learn new systems as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience
• A strong desire to work directly with patients
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with various stakeholders
• An ability to stay focused and manage multiple protocols and responsibilities
• An acute attention to detail for data entry, regulatory compliance, and protocol adherence

Qualifications

• Passionate about patient care and interaction
• Skilled in conducting IRB-approved clinical trials
• Proficient in direct patient care activities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
