Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certification specializing in Research Professional preferred.
- Research Professional preferred.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- Prior lab or clinical experience
What You’ll Make an Impact In
Lead clinical research execution by collaborating with principal investigators and sponsors to plan, conduct, evaluate, and report on multi-project clinical trial protocols.
Oversee patient trial journeys by managing participant recruitment, scheduling, and compliance while rapidly addressing adverse events to ensure participant safety and trial integrity.
Drive Institutional Review Board (IRB) compliance by managing IRB submissions, maintaining meticulous trial documentation, and preparing teams for regulatory audits.
Champion project communication and outreach by developing departmental presentations, educational materials, and marketing assets to boost trial visibility and stakeholder engagement.
