Clinical Research Budget & Effort Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain study budgets and calendars in OnCore CTMS, including amendments
- Translate study protocols and agreements into accurate budget structures
- Partner with vendors to complete builds, resolve queries, and ensure quality control
- Conduct budget analysis to align agreements, billing designations, and system data
- Track and manage study staff effort allocation to support financial reconciliation
- Collaborate with finance, coverage analysis, and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support quarter-end effort tracking and reporting
- Aid in financial reconciliation, including agreements and vendor payables
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Clinical Research Budget & Effort Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with OnCore CTMS (calendar + budget builds)
- Strong understanding of coverage analysis and clinical trial billing
- Experience with clinical research financial workflows
- Strong communication skills (internal stakeholders and vendors)
- Experience in oncology clinical trials
- Background in financial analysis or clinical research operations
- Candidates must have recent, hands-on OnCore experience (non-negotiable)
- The role requires strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial workflows
About the Role
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookline, MA.
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $36.10 - $40.62/hr.
