Clinical Research Budget & Effort Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain study budgets and calendars in OnCore CTMS, including amendments
• Translate study protocols and agreements into accurate budget structures
• Partner with vendors to complete builds, resolve queries, and ensure quality control
• Conduct budget analysis to align agreements, billing designations, and system data
• Track and manage study staff effort allocation to support financial reconciliation
• Collaborate with finance, coverage analysis, and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support quarter-end effort tracking and reporting
• Aid in financial reconciliation, including agreements and vendor payables

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Clinical Research Budget & Effort Analyst experience
• Hands-on experience with OnCore CTMS (calendar + budget builds)
• Strong understanding of coverage analysis and clinical trial billing
• Experience with clinical research financial workflows
• Strong communication skills (internal stakeholders and vendors)
• Experience in oncology clinical trials
• Background in financial analysis or clinical research operations
• Candidates must have recent, hands-on OnCore experience (non-negotiable)
• The role requires strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial workflows

About the Role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookline, MA.

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $36.10 - $40.62/hr.
