Clinical Research Associate II & Senior CRA - Ophthalmology & General Medicine

We are seeking experienced Ophthalmology Senior CRAs & CRA 1/2 to lead and support clinical trial monitoring activities. Key Responsibilities Include Managing all aspects of site monitoring, including routine visits, site close-out, study file maintenance, and liaising with vendors.Ensuring protocol adherence, patient safety, and data integrity through source document review and regulatory compliance.Performing feasibility assessments, SAE reporting, and data review on electronic systems.Training staff and coordinating clinical projects, acting as a local contact as needed.Supporting study site management and ensuring proper study conduct per project plans. Qualifications And Skills University degree or relevant health profession certification.1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience.Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities.Proficiency with electronic data collection tools. This role involves significant travel, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a technology-driven setting.
