Clinical Research Associate II & Senior CRA

We are seeking experienced Ophthalmology Clinical Research Associates (Sr CRAs & CRA 1/2) to lead and support clinical trial monitoring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves site management, routine monitoring, study initiation, and close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining study files, and verifying data integrity. Responsibilities include overseeing informed consent procedures, managing adverse event reporting, performing source document review, training new staff, and coordinating clinical projects as a Local Project Coordinator. Candidates should have a university degree or certification in a related health field and 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience. The role requires strong teamwork, adaptability to changing priorities, and proficiency with electronic data collection systems. Travel is approximately 60-70%, with work performed in an office environment and occasional international travel. Physical demands include sitting, lifting light objects, and regular computer use.
