Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant-Phlebotomist for a direct-hire position with our client, an innovation-driven organization in Cincinnati, OH.
What You'll Do
- Obtain vital signs, perform ECGs, and other clinical procedures
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Research Coordinators to complete study documents accurately and in accordance with site SOPs, clinical trial protocols, and Good Clinical Practice specifications
- Assist in coordinating subject care visits
- Continuously learn and enhance clinical research knowledge alongside Coordinators and Management
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices at all times
- Maintain cooperative, constructive behavior; follow all company policies and applicable laws and guidelines
- Comply with all job-specific requirements
What You'll Bring

- Skills in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, or similar role in medical or mental health fields (newly certified applicants also considered)
Pay
$19–$24/hr
