Clinical Research Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

The CRAC position is integral to the research conducted at Adams Clinical. As a liaison between clinicians, research coordinators, participants, and healthcare providers, a successful applicant will work directly with treatment-seeking populations, scheduling, educating, and assisting participants to foster a seamless flow of office visits and operations. This is an in-person position at our location near Dallas, TX, with the opportunity to transition to remote work after 6-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Complete appointment reminders and provide appointment information for visitors to support attendance.
• Arrange transportation to and from the office using healthcare-dedicated portals (UberHealth and Lyft Concierge) to ensure correct pick-up and drop-off.
• Monitor portals during pick-up and drop-off to identify missed rides and re-book trips.
• Contact potential study participants who missed or rescheduled appointments to arrange new times and maintain visit progress.
• Contribute to the outreach team by answering inbound calls, texts, and emails, triaging inquiries, and directing calls to other teams.
• Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants and ensure retention.
• Review feedback from clinicians and research coordinators to suggest improvements to screening and marketing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college.
• Fluent in English.
• Great interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Pay

$20.00 – $23.00
