Clinical Research Coordinator
About the role
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. This role supports innovative research that advances patient care and contributes to the goals of the Gundersen Medical Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support clinical research studies from initiation through completion
- Partner with principal investigators and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
- Recruit, screen, and support research participants
- Maintain accurate documentation and study records
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep studies running smoothly
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research Coordination or a related field OR Associate degree with 4 years of work experience in the healthcare field (preferably 2 of these years in clinical research)
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license, Required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Prior experience working within research/ medical research preferred
- Experience working in Epic (EHR) and data extraction preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Pay
$25.38/hour+, based on experience
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin Main Campus, with potential for occasional travel to Onalaska Clinic
