Job Overview/Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Rehab Specialist to support acute rehabilitation patients in a modern 30-bed unit. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to acute rehabilitation patients, including those with stroke, orthopedic injuries, amputations, neurological disorders, and general debility
- Collaborate with a highly trained therapy and nursing team to coordinate treatment plans
- Participate in inpatient and outpatient care delivery
- Offer hospital consults when desired
- Work within a multispecialty group practice environment
- Support continuity of care with hospitalists and physiatrists
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications
- One of the following licenses must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date: Registered Nurse (RN), Occupational Therapist (OT), Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree in a related field
