Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree (RN), (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, (CCC-SLP) Cert of Clin Competence Speech Language Pathology, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist
• 2 years of experience required
