As a Clinical Recruiter
- Full-Cycle Clinical Recruitment – Lead end-to-end recruitment for nursing and therapy roles across the organization, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-centered hiring experience.
- Strategic Partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by aligning recruitment strategies with workforce planning, operational needs, and long-term business goals, and occasionally supporting employee relations needs in partnership with leaders and HR.
- Pipeline Development – Collaborate with the Sourcing Pipeline Manager to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, building strong and sustainable clinical talent pipelines.
- Market Intelligence & Insights – Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, candidate behaviors, and market conditions to inform and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Employer Brand & Community Engagement – Represent Vivie at career fairs, talent events, and community outreach initiatives, strengthening our presence and reputation as an employer of choice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and community partners.
