About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for a Talent Acquisition professional with approximately 3 years of experience who enjoys recruiting, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced healthcare organization. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs), while also providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for our clinical workforce.
• Manage multiple recruiting priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative support related to the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry, preferably for clinical roles such as NPs and RNs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a remote environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
