About the role

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Clinical Recruiter to join the Atria team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion of that time spent recruiting for clinical roles such as Mid-levels (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants), Registered Nurses (RNs), technicians, and Medical Assistants. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up. You'll manage multiple open clinical requisitions simultaneously across markets, prioritizing what matters most as needs shift. The recruiter will be based in our Manhattan office and will be on-site most days to collaborate with our teams and ensure we provide a high-touch experience to our hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions for our Atria locations
  • Build trusted, ongoing partnerships with hiring managers, including building job descriptions, overseeing the interview process, and aligning on hiring needs
  • Partner with the People team and company leadership to develop and iterate innovative recruiting strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top-tier clinical talent
  • Assist in recruiting for corporate roles such as accounting, customer care, sales, concierge, and other roles as needed
  • Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience by maintaining consistent, timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies
  • Evaluate candidates across the broader physician and team landscape to support strategic placement
  • Identify and implement tools, including AI-driven sourcing and workflow automation, to improve speed and quality of hiring

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with experience in clinical recruitment as a plus
  • Clinical recruitment experience successfully recruiting for clinical roles such as APPs, RNs, Radiology Technicians, or Medical Assistants is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take feedback quickly and adjust approach
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience using AI tools or building automations to improve recruiting workflows is a plus
  • Experience working with recruitment tools (Greenhouse, data scrapper tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
