Clinical Receptionist (School-based)

About the role

The full-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist-SBHC reports to the Practice Manager. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the School-Based Health Center by serving as the primary point of contact for students, families, and school partners during clinical visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, and school partners during clinical visits.

• Located in Pontiac, MI. Standard hours are Monday- Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or following the school schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 6 + months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required
• Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
• Spanish speaking preferred
