About the role
The full-time, non-exempt Dental Clinical Receptionist reports to the Dental Services Administrator. The role plays a crucial part in the high-performing dental care team at Honor Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality dental care to all.
- Works collaboratively with the dental care team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
- Handles administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and communicating with patients.
- Ensures a positive and welcoming environment for all patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 6+ months of experience in customer service or clinical receptionist is required.
- Strong computer skills utilizing Electronic health records (NextGen preferred) and Microsoft office.
- A compassionate and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create an excellent patient experience.
- Patient focused mindset.
- Willingness to work between other locations when needed.
Qualifications
