Clinical Quality Improvement Manager
Job Summary
The individual in this position assists the DCQI in the operations of the hospital's Quality/Performance improvement program. Supports quality and process improvement efforts identified in the hospital. Responsible for data tracking/collection and trending. Coordinates, assists, and advice on a variety of meetings, seminars, services, and/or programs related to the overall Quality/Performance Improvement program. Coordinates hospital-wide performance improvement activities under the direction of the DCQI.
Qualifications
- Education: Required - Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree ot higher in a patient care related field.
- Experience: Required - 3 years of experience in QA/PI.
- Certifications: Required - Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practive profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.
- PREFERRED - CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality
