Description

Summary

Participates in activities related to patient safety and quality programming. Measures, analyzes, and facilitates improvement in clinical performance and outcomes. Investigates occurrence reports and analyzes safety and quality trends.

Responsibilities

  • Understands key clinical quality and patient safety measures.
  • Promotes the use of appropriate measures for clinical and operational services.
  • Facilitates components of patient safety programs, incorporating industry best practices, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Helps identify priorities for implementation of performance improvement plans related to quality metrics and patient safety opportunities.
  • Provides support to clinical and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree relevant clinical field.
  • State licensure as Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred

  • Quality improvement or patient safety experience.

Pay

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Pay range: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour.

Schedule

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
