About the role

LifeStance Health offers Post-Doctoral Fellowship positions with rolling admission. Fellows provide psychological and neuropsychological testing alongside counseling services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychological/neuropsychological/pre-surgical evaluations and psychiatry services. The nationwide presence enables partnerships with clinicians across states and access to continuing education from experts nationally for high-quality training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological and neuropsychological testing
  • Deliver counseling services (individual, group, couples, family therapy)
  • Conduct psychological/neuropsychological/pre-surgical evaluations
  • Collaborate with clinicians across states for training and professional development
  • Participate in agency training opportunities, including continuing education and case conferences
  • Carry a full caseload of psychotherapy and psychological testing clients for diverse populations

Qualifications

  • Completion of all doctoral degree requirements for a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
  • Strong assessment skills, particularly in child psychological and neuropsychological testing

We're looking for applicants who

  • Can work 40 hours weekly
  • Have an interest in collaborating with staff, sharing knowledge, and developing leadership skills
  • Are able to handle a rigorous schedule with varied experiences
  • Are looking to take the EPPP licensure exam prior to or immediately following the one-year mark of post-doctoral fellowship
