Clinical Psychologist Post Doctoral Fellow
About the role
Psychotherapists at LifeStance Health are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking experienced professionals who are:
- Completion of a Ph.D. or Psy.D. program
- Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experienced with psychotherapy and/or testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidates will provide compassionate care to patients, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans. You will also be responsible for:
- Conducting psychotherapy sessions with clients
- Assessing client needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Writing comprehensive psychological reports and providing feedback to clients and referring physicians
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A current license to practice psychology in the state where you will be working
- Experience in conducting psychotherapy and/or psychological testing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- An understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to integrate these into your work
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:
- A doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- A valid state license to practice psychology
- At least one year of supervised clinical experience
- Passing scores on the Praxis II exam or equivalent

Pay
Compensation range: $58,000
