About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking post-doctoral fellows for Clinical Psychologist positions. We accept post-docs on a rolling admission. Fellows will provide psychological/neuropsychological testing and counseling services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychological/neuropsychological/pre-surgical evaluations and psychiatry services. Our nationwide presence allows fellows to partner with clinicians across the state and access continuing education from experts nationally for high-quality training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological and neuropsychological testing
  • Deliver counseling services (individual, group, couples, family therapy)
  • Conduct psychological, neuropsychological, and pre-surgical evaluations
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians and administrative staff
  • Carry a full caseload of psychotherapy and psychological testing clients
  • Participate in agency training opportunities, including continuing education and case conferences
  • Administer, score, and interpret the ADOS-2 (gold standard for Autism Evaluations)

Qualifications

  • Completion of all doctoral degree requirements for a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
  • Strong assessment skills, particularly in child psychological and neuropsychological testing
  • Ability to work 40 hours weekly
  • Interest in collaborating with staff, sharing knowledge, and developing leadership skills
  • Ability to handle a rigorous schedule with a wide variety of experiences
  • Commitment to taking the EPPP licensure exam prior to or immediately following the one-year mark of the post-doctoral fellowship
