Clinical Psychologist

About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented clinical psychologists in the Dover area. We are committed to improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Clinically assess and diagnose patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients
• Write comprehensive psychological reports
• Provide feedback to patients and families
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions
• Experience with some psychological testing; most testing will be referred to psychometrists

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Experience in outpatient settings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
