Clinical Psychologist

About the role

LifeStance Health is a rapidly expanding behavioral health practice group dedicated to improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. We are currently seeking Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) to provide services to our clients in our outpatient group office.

Responsibilities

• Offer evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.
• Work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations.

Requirements

• Must be licensed or license eligible.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents.
• Knowledge of trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (EdD/PsyD/PhD).
• Experience in outpatient group office settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment interventions.

Pay

Annual Compensation Estimates: $115,000-$147,000 compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations.
