Responsibilities

• Create flexible schedules with options for hybrid remote or a 4-day work week
• Expand collaborative care model in primary care settings
• Offer a variety of therapeutic interventions including Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, and trauma-informed therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy and EDMR
• Develop and coordinate clinical treatment programs for patients with social or mental behavior problems
• Engage patients and families in treatment planning as needed
• Provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups

Requirements

• Unrestricted PhD or PsyD License to practice in Washington State by start date
• Unrestricted DEA by start date
• Experience in individual therapy in an outpatient setting
• Ability to diagnose and treat patients
• Training and experience in brief therapy preferred

Pay

The salary range for this role is $91,700 to $163,700 per year. Salary is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
