Clinical Psych Specialist - Care Management
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Clinical Psychiatric Specialist is an active and valued member of the interdisciplinary treatment team on our adult, child, and adolescent inpatient psychiatric units. This is a Masters-level position providing a range of therapeutic services and interventions, including group, individual, and milieu therapies. The Clinical Psychiatric Specialist utilizes clinical expertise to lead in the development, implementation, and delivery of individualized treatments and behavioral support plans for individuals in care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
- One (1) year of experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients
- PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate
- CPI and BLS required prior to orientation completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC) strongly preferred
