About the role
The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a residential, sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides services to over 700 individuals who have been civilly committed for sexual offending. MSOP is a national leader in the industry and is committed to providing services on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing group therapy and some individual counseling
- Preparing written documentation for internal and external audiences
- Creating treatment plans
- D delivering psycho-educational curriculums
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Conducting diagnostic and other assessments
- Providing clinical leadership
Requirements
- Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Licensure in the State of Minnesota as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LP, LPCC, LMFT)
