Clinical Program Supervisor
About The Role
The MST Supervisor leads and supports MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys developing staff, supporting work with youth and families, and driving strong outcomes in the community, while maintaining fidelity to the MST model.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight to 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each)
- Support therapists in delivering effective, family-focused interventions and ensure alignment with MST principles and Medicaid standards
- Provide structured weekly individual and group supervision focused on quality, outcomes, and MST fidelity
- Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process
- Ensure therapists maintain appropriate caseloads of 5–6 families
- Manage referrals and support timely family engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Partner with MST Experts to ensure model fidelity and ongoing development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Must be either fully licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or have two years of MST experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with youth and families with complex behavioral needs
- Experience with family treatment models (structural, strategic, functional, or MST)
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop clinical staff
Compensation
This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
- Compensation: $57,918 - $83,441
- Competitive sign-on bonus and performance incentives
- Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience
