Clinical Program Supervisor

About The Role The MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys developing staff, supporting work with youth and families, and driving strong outcomes in the community, while maintaining fidelity to the MST model. The MST Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each). In this role, they support therapists in delivering effective, family-focused interventions and ensure alignment with MST principles and Medicaid standards. Non-Licensed Supervisor salary range: $57,917 - $62,488 (must have 2 years MST experience) Licensed Supervisor salary range: $64,980 - $70,108 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
