Clinical Program Director

The Clinical Program Director establishes, administers, and directs the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program, a self-contained clinical team that provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to sixty-eight clients with serious mental illness and who are involved with the criminal justice system.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the direct day-to-day clinical operations including staff scheduling, morning meetings, coordination among staff members, and evaluation of treatment activities to ensure excellence of care to meet the individuals ever changing needs
• Hires, supervises, and evaluates a multidisciplinary team ensuring high quality psychiatric treatment that is goal-directed, respectful, meaningful and client driven. Also functions as a practicing clinician as part of the team.
• Supervising program documentation and case record management assuring compliance.
