Clinical Program Director

Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health offers short term residential treatment programs for teens struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues in a comfortable home like environment. We are currently hiring for a Clinical Program Director for our facilities in Calabasas and Agoura Hiills, CA! The Clinical Program Director is an experienced, licensed clinician who oversees the clinical operations for two of Evolve 6-bed residential programs. This role entails providing clinical and administrative supervision to four Primary Therapists. The Clinical Director works alongside the Operations Manager to ensure that all administrative, operations, and compliance needs are being met. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight to the programs and ensure that all quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures are maintainedProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the teamsEnsure that the program’s clinical approach remains behavioral and skills-based and in line with Evolve’s mission and values. Provide direct supervision and conduct weekly meetings with the Primary Therapists and Operations ManagerSupport the Operations Manager in overseeing Residential Counselor and ChefReview and co-sign clinical documentation in the clients’ medical records;Facilitate weekly Treatment Team meetingsEnsure discharge planning and insurance authorization is being coordinated effectively for each clientEnsure that safety protocols and clinical policies and procedures are being consistently adhered to by staffCreate and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture and collaborate with the Operations ManagerParticipate in the clinical on-call rotation and provide phone-based support to on-site staff Qualifications: LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in the state of California (2 years preferred)Must possess a valid California Driver’s licenseMust be able to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with teens preferredExperience working in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 1 day a week of work from homePaid Time Off - We understand a healthy work/life balance is crucial for our success, so we maintain a flexible Paid Time Off policy.
