Clinical Practice Supervisor - Orthopaedics

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning discussions with input into goals for the Practice.
• Focused more on schedules of staff and physicians ensuring resources are available to meet anticipated daily work loads.
• Responsible for assessing work against expected outcomes: productivity, quality, timeliness. Tracks and trends work outcomes. Recommends improvements in work processes.
• Hires, orients, and trains staff. Conducts performance appraisals, coaches and disciplines staff. Ensures work expectations, Duly and Practice policies are communicated and responsibilities are understood.
• Sets up and manages the scheduling of staff and physicians.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Responds to patient complaints and works to resolve. Appropriately involves the Practice Manager if resolution cannot be reached.
• Member of the Management Team, representing their Practice to other Duly Health and Care management associates. May participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees.
• Represents Duly Health and Care in the community at large.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN License or Current MA Clinical Experience required.
• Associates and or Bachelor's degree in Health care or Business Management preferred.
• If a clinical professional, current licensure in good standing required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Prior supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred.

Pay

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $62,920-94,380, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
