What You Will Do
- Support maternal health programs by monitoring performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
- Partner with OB providers, local health departments and program leaders to help meet quality and program goals
- Lead regular meetings to review progress, share insights and align on next steps
- Serve as a resource and connector across provider groups, internal teams and community partners
- Analyze data to identify risks, gaps and opportunities, and translate insights into action
- Deliver education and best practices to improve quality, outcomes and cost effectiveness
- Support quality improvement efforts, including performance measures and program requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and drive results
- Participate in community engagement and outreach activities
What You Will Bring
- Experience working with maternity populations, OB providers or local health departments
- Experience analyzing and presenting data to diverse audiences
- Familiarity working with Medicaid populations
- Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to travel locally as needed
