Clinical Practice Performance Consultant - Remote in Asheville, NC and Surrounding Areas

What You Will Do

  • Support maternal health programs by monitoring performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
  • Partner with OB providers, local health departments and program leaders to help meet quality and program goals
  • Lead regular meetings to review progress, share insights and align on next steps
  • Serve as a resource and connector across provider groups, internal teams and community partners
  • Analyze data to identify risks, gaps and opportunities, and translate insights into action
  • Deliver education and best practices to improve quality, outcomes and cost effectiveness
  • Support quality improvement efforts, including performance measures and program requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and drive results
  • Participate in community engagement and outreach activities

What You Will Bring

  • Experience working with maternity populations, OB providers or local health departments
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity working with Medicaid populations
  • Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
