Promote pharmacodynamics of patient care and assist the clinical coordinator in econotherapeutics activities.

Provide safe, effective, and cost-conscious drug therapies for patients of all ages, as defined in the department's scope of service.

Prepare and dispense drug orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Monitor drug therapy regimens for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness; provide clinical consultation and suggest therapeutic alternatives.

Supervise pharmacy support personnel and ensure timely, accurate pharmacy services.

Promote optimal drug utilization through rounding, education, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings, formulary management, and cost-saving initiatives.

Maintain competency through ongoing education, licensure, and skills assessment.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
