Responsibilities
- Participates as a member of the Department of Pharmacy to execute the clinical functions of the Department, with minimal distributive responsibility.
- Provides expertise to Mercy Health Services to enhance the appropriate, cost-effective use of medications, and provides consultative services related to specialty areas of expertise.
- Is a resource in supporting the clinical skills of other pharmacists in the Department to assure the highest quality pharmaceutical care for Mercy patients.
Requirements
- Must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a school of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
- An accredited residency in Hospital Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice or equivalent preferred.
- Three years post-doctoral experience in a hospital environment preferred.
- Residency may count as one year.
- Experience in an outpatient anticoagulation clinic strongly preferred.
- Must be licensed as a registered Pharmacist in Maryland.
Pay
Min USD $52.69/Hr. Max USD $94.84/Hr.
