Clinical Pharmacy Manager
Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing pharmacy clinical programs. This includes formulary management, policy and procedure development, and education across the healthcare spectrum. The Clinical Manager shall also assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director or designee is unavailable.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree, Doctorate in Pharmacy, or PharmD degree required
- Registered FL Pharmacist License (Current) required; Board Certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in pharmacy in a hospital setting required
- 3+ years in a clinical pharmacy position preferred
