Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Pharmacist VII is responsible for providing all levels of pharmacy clinical services. This includes monitoring patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions as well as supporting all aspects of pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferred
- Current Nevada license to practice pharmacy required
- Board certified in pharmacotherapy or other specialty board certification
- At least one of the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital clinical pharmacy experience or at least 5 years of general hospital pharmacy experience required; preferably within area of focus
- Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or fellowship
