The Cancer Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center provides state-of-the-art cancer care through personalized treatment plans, clinical excellence, and compassionate support.

The Department of Pharmacy is seeking Clinical Pharmacy Specialists to support our inpatient Solid Tumor and Stem Cell Transplant/Cellular Therapy programs. Each role will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary care team, responsible for reviewing individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and cost-effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide clinical oversight and verify medication orders to ensure optimal therapy
• Precept pharmacy students and residents
• Provide patient education and discharge counseling
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, protocols, and treatment guidelines
• Support education, quality improvement initiatives, and research aligned with the Cancer Center’s mission of delivering exceptional care and advancing medical discovery

Required Qualifications

• PGY 1 + 1-3 years OR PYG2 OR 3-5 years of experience in clinical specialty area
• BPS

Pay Range

$63.12 – $84.96
