About the role
Seeking an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing expert pharmacotherapy support for cancer patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient health and medication profiles to optimize outcomes
- Monitor therapy progress and care goals
- Document activities
- Participate in professional development, research, and performance improvement
- Contribute to drug cost reduction initiatives
- Educate and mentor pharmacy staff, residents, and students
- Serve as a resource across hospital departments
- Participate in quality assurance and scholarly activities
- Contribute to performance improvements and drug use evaluations
- Support targeted drug cost reduction programs
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medication therapy services
- Licensure as an RPh and certification in Medication Therapy Services in MO
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills

Schedule
Monday–Friday schedule, day shifts, with occasional weekend support.
